Mr. Arowosafe is a diligent professional with in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. His experience cuts across banking operations, securities, and investment operations as well as operational risk and securities services.
Currently serving as Head Access Investors Services and the MD/CEO Access Investors Services Nominees Limited (Custodian arm of Access Bank Plc), Bunmi commenced his professional career in the defunct Diamond Bank where he worked as a Funds Transfer officer, Cash and Teller Officer and Customer Service Officer from 2000 to 2005. He moved to Diamond Pension Fund Custodian Limited (Access Pension Fund Custodian Limited) and served in various capacities including Head, Vault and Certificate Management; Head, Corporate Actions and Client Services and Head, Settlement from 2005 to 2007.
He joined Union Pension Custodian Limited in 2010 and worked as the Head, Operations/Business Development till 2014. In that role, he was responsible for maintaining a good relationship with market stakeholders including registrars, stockbrokers, Pension Fund Administrators, and the Central Securities Clearing System.
Mr. Arowosafe worked as the Operational Risk and Quality Assurance Officer in FCMB. He served as the Head, Custody Services/Transaction Services Sales (Financial Services) in various Assets Managers and Insurance firms. He has also worked as the Director of Origination in East Century Capital.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State (1998) and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in political science (International Relations) from the University of Lagos in 2012. He is an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) London. Go Back
