Our FX Service Portal enables you to initiate your request for FX purchase without visiting a physical branch.

An electronic ‘Form A’ is generated after processing, giving you the option to receive your FX credited directly to your Access Travel Card for convenience and ease of pick up.

General Requirements to use the Service

  • Internet enabled device (PC, smart phones etc).
  • Customer’s BVN
  • Valid email address
  • Registered mobile number (phone number linked to customer’s BVN)
  • Travel documents required for FX purchase.

Specific Requirement for each Purchase Type

PTA

(CBN Approved limit per Quarter is 4,000 USD or its equivalent in other approved currency)

  • Valid Travel VISA
  • Valid International Passport
  • Flight Ticket


BTA

(CBN Approved limit per Quarter is 5,000 USD or its equivalent in other approved currency)

  • Evidence of invitation from the institution in the country of destination
  • Introduction letter from the company (should contain the account number to debit. The company introduction letter must be signed according to mandate).
  • Valid Travel VISA
  • Valid International Passport
  • Flight Ticket


School Fees

(CBN Approved limit per Semester is 15,000 USD or its equivalent in other approved currency)

  • Letter of instruction to debit the applicant’s account for the naira equivalent
  • Admission Letter
  • Supporting documents used in securing the admission (WAEC, B.Sc certificate, Statement of result)
  • Valid Student VISA
  • Valid International Passport
  • Flight Ticket
  • Order of school fee payment (document from the school indicating the amount to pay)


Medical Fees

  • Letter from the hospital in the country of destination
  • Letter of instruction to debit the applicant’s account for the naira equivalent
  • Valid Travel VISA
  • Valid International Passport
  • Flight Ticket

The FX Service Portal is a web portal which enables bank customers initiate request for FX purchase (Invisible) from the comfort of their locations without visiting the bank branch. This service enables the electronic generation of electronic Form A as against the physical form A been used.

PTA/BTA must be done by the applicant, while School fees/Medical /Upkeep can be done by proxy or self.
