Our FX Service Portal enables you to initiate your request for FX purchase without visiting a physical branch.

An electronic ‘Form A’ is generated after processing, giving you the option to receive your FX credited directly to your Access Travel Card for convenience and ease of pick up.

  • Customer notification via email to track the progress and stage of their FX applications.
  • Electronically generated “Form A” upon customer FX application and can be downloaded as a PDF document.

General Requirements to use the Service

  • Internet enabled device (PC, smart phones etc).
  • Customer’s BVN
  • Valid email address
  • Registered mobile number (phone number linked to customer’s BVN)
  • Travel documents required for FX purchase.

Specific Requirement for each Purchase Type

PTA

(CBN Approved limit per Quarter is 4,000 USD or its equivalent in other approved currency)

  • Valid VISA
  • Return Ticket
  • Biodata Page
  • Account with the bank must be sufficiently run for at least 6months.
  • If a Corporate account is to be debited, an instruction to debit on company's letter head should be uploaded.
  • Marriage certificate or evidence of change of name (where applicable)


BTA

(CBN Approved limit per Quarter is 5,000 USD or its equivalent in other approved currency)


  1. Valid  VISA
  • Return Ticket
  • Biodata Page
  • Referral Letter
  • Letter of Invite from Overseas partner
  • CAC document
  • Debit instruction on company's letter head
  • Account with the bank must be sufficiently run for at least 6months


School Fees

(CBN Approved limit per Semester is 15,000 USD or its equivalent in other approved currency)


  • Admission Letter
  • School Bill
  • First degree certificate If payment is for a postgraduate course
  • Payment details on school's letter head
  • Marriage certificate or evidence of change of name where applicable
  • Evidence of relationship were applicable.


Upkeep

  • Admission Letter
  • School Bill
  • First degree certificate If payment is for a postgraduate course
  • Marriage certificate or evidence of change of name (where applicable)
  • If a Corporate account is to be debited, an instruction to debit on company's letter head should be uploaded
  • Evidence of school fees payment through Access Bank(this can be telex, screenshot of debit from customer's account) must be uploaded
  • Evidence of relationship (where applicable)


Medical Fees

  • Valid Visa
  • Return Ticket
  • A letter of reference from a specialist doctor, or a specialist hospital in Nigeria
  • Letter issued by the Overseas specialist doctor stating the cost of treatment, maintenance, etc.
  • If a Corporate account is to be debited, an instruction to debit on company's letter head should be uploaded

The FX Service Portal is a web portal which enables bank customers initiate request for FX purchase (Invisible) from the comfort of their locations without visiting the bank branch. This service enables the electronic generation of electronic Form A as against the physical form A been used.

PTA/BTA must be done by the applicant, while School fees/Medical /Upkeep can be done by proxy or self.

With a good internet connection and the availability of your registered telephone number, BVN and necessary documentation, it takes less than 5 minutes to complete this process
