Access Bank Plc (“the Bank”) hereby informs the NASD OTC Securities Exchange (‘the Exchange’) that its Deputy Managing Director, Mrs. Chizoma Okoli, will be retiring from the Bank effective April 30, 2026, following the expiration of her term.
