APPROVAL OF ACCESS HOLDINGS PLC’S GROUP AUDITED CONSOLIDATED & SEPARATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2024

This is to notify the investing public and Nigerian Exchange Limited (‘The Exchange’) that the Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc (‘the Company’) met on Thursday, January 30, 2025, and considered and approved the Group’s Audited Consolidated & Separate Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the payment of a final dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria. The announcement of the results shall be made upon the Company’s receipt of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s approval.

In line with The Exchange’s Rules, the Company will remain in a Closed Period until twenty-four (24) hours after the results are released to the public.
Accordingly, no insider may, directly or indirectly, deal in the Company’s securities in any manner during the Closed Period.
