Icons
Icons are used to convey information quickly.
Iconography represents images used to convey particular meanings at a glance.
On all the Bank’s communications, there are icons at the bottom.
These icons are not intended for design purposes, they represent the various social media platforms on which the Bank has presence namely: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
As a brand champion, you are the Bank’s main supporter and one of the ways to show this support is to follow the Bank on all the social media platforms where we have presence.
This not only shows your love for the brand but it is a good opportunity to meaningfully interact with the brand like a customer would.
As an employee, following the brand on all these platforms will enable you see what customers are saying and doing. You will be able to identify pain points and recommend ways to address issues as observed by you. It will also enable you think of ways to deliver more.
