We know you always want to champion the Bank and effectively inform our customers of the Bank’s activities, products and campaigns.
Being a hub of innovation, and in view of our passion for customers, the Bank has decided to arm you as ambassadors, with the right communication regarding Bank activities and campaigns.
All communications to customers from SBUs must be relayed to employees at least 24hours before the external communication to customers. In so doing, we can effectively serve our customers better by ensuring our internal customers completely understand and can provide feedback on the Bank’s activities, products or decisions before engaging our external customers.
Employees will be equipped to confidently present our products or position on any matter to customers.
Communication will be cascaded to team members through Supervisors and Group Heads, and will be included in Inside Access.
Let’s work together to keep all employees well informed so we can be better Brand Ambassadors.
