simple ways to prevent
the spread of
COVID-19
in the workplace
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then dispose of the used tissue immediately in a wastebasket. When no tissue is available, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or bent elbow, not into your hands
Utilize provided hand sanitizers, thermometers, hand washing equipment and face masks at the Head office, annexes, branches and subsidiaries
Avoid moving from your office location/floor to other offices/floors
Minimize direct contact as much as possible to prevent person- to-person infection. Practice physical distancing of 2 meters (six feet) especially during physical meetings
Ensure compliance with COVID-19 preventive measures in the kitchen/canteens when they are re-opened
Avoid discrimination or stigmatization of persons affected by COVID-19 or their families
Staff resuming work upon completion of treatment and/or isolation are to fill the premises admittance questionnaire
Report any breach in the COVID-19 guidelines immediately, using the whistle blowing lines communicated to staff
Protect yourself and others around you by taking appropriate precautions.
