5. Cape Town, South Africa
Cape Town is the coastal city of South Africa with English as it's official language. Home to Cape Town International Airport, South Africa's second busiest airport, it is the second busiest city in South Africa.
With wonderful clean beaches, panoramic views, and South Africa's strongest health care system, this beach city could be the favourite choice of retirees wanting to live out their golden years next to the ocean.
Cape Town is the economic hub of the Western Cape Province, South Africa's second main economic centre and Africa's third main economic hub city with several multinational companies sitting there. Cape Town is noted for its architectural heritage, with the highest density of Cape Dutch style buildings in the world.
4. Ibadan, Nigeria
Ibadan is located in south-western Nigeria and is considered the largest city in Nigeria. The town has English and Yoruba as it's official languages.
Ibadan has all the conveniences of a big city with an affordable cost of living. Ibadan is host to Nigeria's premier higher institution of learning, The University of Ibadan established as a college of the University of London in 1948.
There are numerous bars, lounges and night clubs to enjoy, including the Lebanese owned “KOKO Dome” which is the oldest night club in the city
