Dear Colleagues,
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) introduced a new cheque book design for all Nigerian banks, which took effect from September 2019.
This means that the old cheque book(s) will be phased out by December 31, 2020 and will no longer be honoured if presented after this deadline.
Customers are hereby encouraged to request for a new cheque book through our alternate channels or at any branch on or before October 31, 2020.
Remember to keep safe and take all necessary precautions against COVID-19.
