Misuse of official emails

Social media has become a way oflife for many. but as with anything online.
it is important to be aware ofthe risks which include information breaches
that could harm you. yourfamily and the Bank.

In light ofthe above, we advise all employees to desist from using their
official emails for subscription to social media and other non—business—
related platforms, including educational purposes.

Such acts can expose the Bank to information breaches due to poor online
security on these sites.

lfyou have previously used your official email to register online for
unofficial purposes, such accounts should be CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. All
employees are encouraged to use different complex passwords on their
official emails and other social media accounts.

Any employee whose official email credential is found on the dark web will
be SANCTIONED.
