Ajilosun Branch for their help." Customer erroneously transferred funds to a wrong beneficiary
(Access Bank account). The funds were intended for an important business transaction which required the customer to obtain a court order but unfortunately, this was the COVID-19 lockdown period and the court was not in operation. With his connections, the BM helped the customer procure a court order at the High Court of Ado Ekiti. Consequently, the wrongly credited account was debited with the authorization of the legal department and the customer was refunded.
