To serve our Corporate customers better. we have revamped the onboarding process
for PrimusPIu5.
What does this mean?

No printed registration forms needed

Account officers will no longer be able to register on behalf of their customers

Inclusion ofa single user as administrator for the company

Login with administrator rights immediately after registration is complete on PrimusP|us
Customers can now view account details after registration is complete, including balances

and transaction history

Customers can upload signed instructions on their letterhead to add users,

accounts and subsequent modification requests on PrimusP|us

Customers can only profile qualified Corporate accounts on PrimusP|us

How will this work?

Uploaded Instructions will be retrieved by the Corporate Digital Banking Team

and forwarded to the account officers for signature verification

The account officer will then log the signature verified form on service desk against

the Corporate Digital Banking team for resolution

Who is an administrator ?
This is an authorized signatory to the account
