1. How long have you worked at Access Bank?
3 years and 5 months
2. What does your job entail?
My job entails assisting with the planning of all the Bank’s internal and external events. Executing event plans in a way that’s in line with the Bank’s brand. Also ensure that the Bank receives optimum value for sponsorships it participates in
3. What do you like most about your job?
The fact that I work with numerous teams, which means having to have to learn more about every one’s job expanding my knowledge on various parts of the banking system
4. What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Learn from your mistakes. The next attempt will always be more
successful than your last
5. What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
Probably be working in the hospitality and tourism industry.
6. What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Research, watch tv shows, visit new places
7. What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I enjoy cooking more than I enjoy eating
8. What drives you as a person?
My fear of failure
9. Do you have any passion project?
More like a future passion project, to create a community where young women can learn about financial literacy, start-
ups/entrepreneurship empowerment and career development. To instill a sense of purpose and direction for those who want to be a part of it
