Foreign Funds Transfer telex portal is now live
Dear Colleagues,
We have got great news!
The Foreign Funds Transfer Telex Portal is now live on Employee Central. The telex copies for successful Foreign Currencies Transfers can now be downloaded using the Self-Service portal.
This implies that, all Branch Operations Staff and Relationship Teams can log in to the portal and download authenticated Telex copies for successful FCY transfers initiated via Processmaker and all e-channel platforms and share with our esteemed customers.
This is a fast and easy access to authenticated telex copies for all FCY transfers initiated by our customers from branches and e-channel platforms without recourse to Foreign Funds Transfer unit.
Please find attached the user guide to walk you through the seamless process of generating the telex copies for FCY transfers.
