Does that sound familiar? You probably receive these type of emails multiple times a day. Chances are, you ignore the greeting and go straight to the point of the email.
Have you, however, paused to answer the question? Are you really fine?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
Mental wellbeing is a growing concern in the workplace and as an organization, we want to
employees can have open conversations about the state of their mental wellbeing.
So today, I want to charge you to look inwards and ask yourself the question. Am I fine?
You might find you are actually not. It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's not a sign of weakness or poor character.
When you look around you’ll note, there are so many things going on that have the capacity to negatively affect your mental wellbeing. However, you have a responsibility to guard your mental health and take active steps to be mentally fit. We also have a responsibility to you; we want to help by sharing tips and resources to help your mental wellbeing.
