signing of outgoing business letters and e-mails
The policy on the signing of outgoing business letters and emails states the following:
1. Any business letter/email emanating from Access Bank to external parties shall be signed by two officers one of whom must be an authorized signatory of the Bank.
 
2. The names of the two officers signing the letter shall be clearly written in full with their official
designation stated immediately below their names. The names of the two officers signing the letter shall be arranged with the junior officer name stated on the bottom left hand side and the senior officer’s name stated on the bottom right hand side of the letter.
 
3. “For instance a letter originating from Retail Operations Group shall be referenced in this order
ABP/ROG/MMYY/UA/DE/0001 (where ABP =Access Bank Plc, ROG = Retail Operations Group, MMYY = Month Year; UA = Initials for Umar Aigbe; DE = Initials for Deji Eze, 0001 = First letter written by Retail Banking Group for the Month”
4. For Correspondence with CBN, Valucard, NIBSS required minimum authorized signatories are:
