CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK
Dear Colleagues,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the annual Customer Service Week, a global event, which runs throughout this week from Monday, October 5th to Friday, October 9th, 2020.
The Customer Service Week is celebrated by notable organizations worldwide and provides a unique opportunity for the celebration of the important role Customer Service plays in every organization.
This year's theme, 'Dream Team' highlights the importance of teamwork in providing outstanding service to all customers. This theme is more so relevant for us having recently embarked on our Service Revolution as a bank, to project our customers as the most important part of the Access Team and to ensure that the way we think and behave must be entirely to our customers' benefit.
Each of us, regardless of our roles in the Bank, must truly love our customers, and put them first in our daily tasks. They are the reason we exist today; they are indeed the reason we have jobs today. Remember, our collective charge is to be number one and the only viewpoint that matters when it comes to evaluating our service is the voice of the customer.
I commend those of us who have shown commitment and dedication through and through, doing their best to ensure customers are served right and by so doing, upholding the good name of the Bank. They have truly proven to be on the Access Dream Team.
We are counting on you to be part of this week's celebration and to continue to prove your worth as an Access Warrior. We have everything it takes to be number one and to be the Bank of choice for every customer we serve.
