Microsoft Teams Security Update
In an effort to secure the Bank's environment, we have updated our online meeting platform. The following features were updated on Microsoft Teams:
Meeting recording is disabled for all users except certain stakeholders Recording can be enabled on request
Only meeting organisers can invite third-party participants to the meeting. This makes the organiser the default presenter, but this can be changed.
Only organizers can allow invited participants to present during the meeting. This can be done “before or during a meeting”.
