Did you know that the single diagonal orange line(/) that constantly features in the Bank's communications is a core brand element known as the “More device” and it symbolizes our “More Promise” ? I bet you did not know this ( now you know).
The Access Bank brand is a dynamic one that is represented by numerous brand elements, values and most importantly by YOU.
As an employee, you are not just
the Bank's representative, you are the custodian of the brand, you are the most authentic manifestation of the brand. You bring the brand to life and you are the most important piece of the puzzle.
But how do you properly represent the brand if you do not know everything about it? From the basic elements to the deep values that informs the brand positioning and purpose. You cannot embody and achieve the brand vision if you do not understand and believe in this vision.
We are therefore introducing the “Living the Brand” section to discuss the brand with you weekly. In this column, I will talk about the different aspects of the Access brand ranging from simple topics such as the brand colours to deep topics such as your wellbeing as a brand champion.
Let’s learn, love and live the brand.
