Imposter: Okay you said you saw the message isn't it?
Customer: Yes
Imposter: Because I want to come over again, because you
said you couldn't hear me actually
Customer: Hmmm
Imposter: So you saw the message but you couldn't come to the bank due to the crowd at the Bank or the lockdown?
