Q1 Who is the Registrar and where is their location?
Our Registrar is United Securities Limited and they are located at 10, Ojikutu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. Telephone: 01-2714566 or 01-2714567.

Q2 My return money draft has expired, how do I get it revalidated?
Please liaise with any nearest branch of Access Bank and present the draft, with a valid identification and evidence of purchase.

Q3 I did not receive my return money, what do I do?
Please liaise with any nearest branch of Access Bank and complete non-receipt of return money form, with a valid identification and evidence of purchase.

Q4 How do I receive my share certificate?
If your location is Lagos, kindly go to our registrar's office and complete a form for replacement or direct crediting, but if otherwise, go to any nearest branch of Access Bank to complete non-receipt of share certificate form or preferably an E-certificate indemnity form(for direct crediting) and submit at the branch with a copy of your application form.

Q5 My name is wrongly spelt on my share certificate, how do I correct it?
If your location is Lagos, kindly take the share certificate to our registrar's office for correction, but if otherwise, please take the share certificate with a copy of your application form and complete Amendment/Update form at any access bank branch.

Q6 How can I change my address?
If your location is Lagos, kindly liaise with our registrar at the stated address, but if otherwise, go to any nearest branch of Access Bank and request for Amendment/Update form. Please complete the form and submit at the branch.

Q7 Can my shares be credited directly into my CSCS account?
Your CSCS account can be credited by completing the E-certificate indemnity form with a copy of your CSCS statement attached to it. This should be forwarded by the stock brokers.

Q8 How do I verify my certificate/Sell my shares?
Your certificate can be verified and shares sold by engaging the services of a Stockbroker who will eventually liaise with the Registrars.
